“When we do what we do to be who we are, when we allow ourselves to do and play and unfold, when we come from this space of purity and from that state of authenticity and purity, we heal. We step into wholeness. We step into alchemy. Our bodies naturally do what our bodies do best and that is self-heal. When you operate from a space of authenticity and purity everything just works. This is what enables us to truly heal.”

So, today I want to talk about our personal evolution, our collective evolution, and when we do what we do to be who we are and that might sound a little bit strange when we do what we do to be who we are. Well, when we do what we do from a space of purity, from a space of innocence, from a space of childlike play, from a space of curiosity, just like little children playing and being curious and discovering. When we allow ourselves to do and play and unfold from that space of purity, from that space of isness, from that space of presence, we don’t act like something or someone. We don’t have to try and pretend to act to be like this human or that human or to try and be like that personality or copy this man or this woman or be like that movie star.

Inside every single human being there is this beautiful innocent little child that just wants to explore this beautiful planet and seek out all the goodness and all the wonders that there is to seek out and to play and to have fun and to travel and to get a bit dirty here and to get a bit dirty there, to fall down, to get up, to sail, to get blown over. A child has so many experiences. One minute it’s laughing, giggling like crazy. The next minute the child is falling over scraping their knees and their elbows and they are crying their little hearts out. All of these are part of this human dance. None of this is better or worse. It’s just part of this human experience. When we come from this space of purity, when we allow ourselves to be free and to be who we truly are, to do whatever we feel like doing in the moment, because it’s what our heart is calling us to do.

We operate from this space of authenticity and purity and from that state of authenticity and purity, we heal from that state of authenticity and purity. We step into wholeness. We step into alchemy. Our bodies naturally do what our bodies do best and that is self-heal. When we’re trying to be someone else and we’re trying to pretend and we’re trying to put on a mask not allowing ourselves to be authentic and pure, we operate without ease and grace. Things don’t flow. We have to push this way or pull this way or push over there. We don’t just flow fluidly like water down the river of life. Everything is so much effort. Now I’m not saying that you shouldn’t put any effort in. Absolutely not, because this world is thwart with challenges, so it does take focus, discipline, and commitment to be able to stay on course and commit to your goals and dreams, to commit to your girlfriend, to commit to your boyfriend, to commit to your divine partner, to commit to your children, your business.

There are always things that are going to try and trip you up and stumble you, and it takes commitment. When the going gets tough you got to dig deep and realize that this whole reality field that you’re experiencing, you’re experiencing it because of you, and it’s because you’re not operating from a space of authenticity and purity. When you operate from a space of authenticity and purity, everything just works because there’s no pretence. When there’s pretence, there’s false energy, and when there’s false energy, things get distorted. When you’re coming from a place of authenticity and purity there is no distortion and so your body naturally heals. Life just flows. Your relationships are beautiful and your partners in those relationships show up how you would like them to show up because you’re being pure.

If you’re putting on this false tense or you’ve got some kind of unhealed wounds inside of you that are creating this distortion in your reality field and making you act in a certain way, then those distortions are just going to show up back to you in your reality field. So, the only thing that you can do is to look within. We have this technology inside of us, this soul technology. We are soul technology. We’ve got our soul, our record keeper, which bounces from body to body, experience to experience. we’ve got our light body which actually houses our physical structure because nothing in this physical reality exists without the multi-dimensional framework and our light body is the multi-dimensional framework of our physical body and also holds our soul.

Then we’ve also got our spirit, and the spirit is the energy that flows through everything. Nothing is without spirit. Nothing is without spirit because spirit flows through all things and this spirit is beyond our local environment, our 5th dimensional time matrix. It’s beyond the god worlds. Spirit is beyond. Spirit is infused into all of creation and when you become pure you connect with this spirit. When you’re operating from a space of impurity, from a space of inauthenticity, then you become disconnected on a conscious level from this spirit. You become disconnected from this spirit at a certain level of the heart, at a certain level of the light body ,at certain level of the soul even though it flows through all things.

There are certain levels of this this frequency that we’re able to tap into depending on the energetic frequency that we’re holding in the reality field that experiencing but by coming into this state of purity and really being who we are this is what enables us to truly heal and to truly experience massive amounts of abundance and to truly experience beautiful relationships and a healthy body and all of these things that we should all be experiencing as human. Our thoughts, our emotions, our actions, they’re all spells in this physical world. They’re all putting out frequency. They’re all drawing in frequency and what you’re putting out and what you’re drawing back are also in equal proportion to each other depending on the frequency that you are internally, and again it comes back to purity and authenticity because when you’re connected to that Spirit when you’re connected to that original intelligence then you’re operating from that and that’s all that’s going to flow through you.

You’ve just got to get out of the way and allow yourself to experience what your spirit is trying to get you to experience by listening to your heart, by listening to your divine spark, your diamond spark, your God spark, whatever you want to call it. It’s in every single human. It’s deep in the portal, the Stargate of our heart. It’s in every cell in our body. We have the connection, but you’ve got to operate from this space of authenticity to truly experience that connection and the choice is yours. Do you want to experience it or not. It’s magical, it’s beautiful.

Wherever you are on planet Earth go out into this world and love your sisters and your brothers fiercely and ferociously. Hug them tightly and never, ever, be the first to let go. It’s the golden rule of hugging. It really is. It’s a beautiful medicine. When you hug and you release that oxytocin, that trust chemical, that love chemical, that trust hormone, it spikes the nitric oxide in the body. It increases the arteries, the nitric oxide flows faster into the heart, the heart swells the love increases. Boom, it’s just beautiful. We can heal so much just by hugging and it’s free. It’s free. Utilize it.
