“You can use breath work to boost your mood, to boost your energy in a heartbeat. This is very simple. This is very quick, and this is transformational and lifechanging.”
So, I want to give you a golden nugget today. I want to give you a real pearl of wisdom. We live in a world that is fast. We live in a world where we’re on the go and we’ve got to move here, we’ve got to move there, we’re up early, we go to bed late. Life never stops. Life never really slows down unless we as humans decide to jump off the hamster wheel and step into a space of calmness and equilibrium. But often when we’re tired, we’ve got to go to a meeting, often when we’re tired, we’ve got to go to the gym, often when we’re tired, we got a knuckle down in the evening and complete this project or that project. What do you do when you’re tired? A lot of people, what they do is they reach out for an espresso. They go and get a coffee. They reach out for something, maybe a sugary snack that’s going to boost their mood, that’s going to give them a little bit of false energy, and they ride off of this false energy through the business meeting, through the gym session, through whatever it is but there’s a better way of doing it okay.
Breath work is mission critical. When you know how to apply breath work to your life you can use it for a number of different things. You can use breath work to tap into your DNA to bring old trauma to the surface for healing. You can use breath work to activate your pineal gland. You can use breath work to boost your mood, to boost your energy in a heartbeat. So, this is what I do if I’m tired. I use fire breathing, but I don’t use fire breathing in the way that most people would use the fire breath. I use the fire breath Star Magic style and so to all of our tribe.

You’ve just driven 45 minutes, an hour and a half, 3 hours, or you’ve been on a train. You’ve arrived at these offices and you’re tired. You’re thinking, ‘I could do with a five or ten-minute power nap, but you’ve not got time for a 5 or 10-minute power nap but you do have 2 minutes before you’ve got to walk through that meeting room door.
What you’re going to do is you’re going to squeeze your buttocks, your perineum, and your genitals and you’re going to pull your abdominals back towards your spinal column. You’re going to put the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, so the tip is just up on the bit of skin behind your two front teeth. It opens up an inner energy channel and cycles the energy internally. You’re also going to close your eyes and you’re going to look up. You’re going to bring your awareness up into the centre of your brain and back slightly where that little pinecone is, the pineal gland in the centre of your brain. So, what you’re going to do by looking up into the centre of your brain is you’re going to encourage energy up through your body and as you squeeze your buttocks your perineum and your genitals and pull your abdominals back, you’re also going to encourage the energy up your central channel and into your brain. Now when you squeeze all of this the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth and your awareness is up in the centre of your brain, you’re going to breathe in through your nose, down to your belly, and out through your nose like this.
Now when you breathe like this and you’re squeezing your buttocks, your perineum and your genitals, and you’re pulling your abdominals back. You’re going to do that for 10 in and out breaths okay so you’re squeezing 10, let go of the squeeze. 10 re-engage the squeeze, 10 okay and you’re going to cycle that for 120 seconds, 2 minutes. I guarantee you are going to be charged, you’re going to feel alive, you’re going to feel focused, you’re going to feel sharp, and you’re going to be ready for the day, you’re going to be ready for the meeting, you’re going to be ready for the assignment, you’re going to be ready to walk through your front door after a hard day at work ready to play with your wife, your husband, your children because your wife, your husband, your children they don’t want a lazy mom or dad coming through the house. They don’t want a tired mom and dad coming back into the house in the afternoon or in the evening. They want a fun mom, a fun dad, lively mom, a lively dad, that is pumped charged and ready to engage with them not a mum or daddy wants to sit down on the couch and put their feet up and start snoring and fall asleep. No, they want superwoman or superman.
A little bit of breath work is the key to activating your mind body and soul so you can fully engage with whatever pursuits you’ve got in front of you. This is very simple. This is very quick, and this is transformational and lifechanging. You don’t have to go and get a double espresso. You don’t have to go and get a mars bar or snickers. You don’t have to go and put some shitty food or substance into your body to elevate yourself. The breath is natural, and at the same time as doing this breath work, you’re activating your kundalini. You’re bringing energy up into the centre of your brain and you’re stimulating your pineal gland. You’re bringing lots of light and oxygen into your body so you’re clearing out your cells. There are so many byproducts of doing this breath, the tip of the tongue on the roof of your mouth opening up that inner energy channel at the same time as encouraging the energy up through your central column and into your brain. You’re activating billions of chemicals you’re bringing dimethyltryptamine (DMT), that powerful hallucinogenic up through your spinal column and into your brain. You’ve got DMT in your lungs, you’ve got DMT in your spinal fluids and when you bring that up into your brain, your brain is being activated.
The other thing is your right brain, it starts to stimulate. Your right brain is your female brain. This is the brain that feels. It’s the part of your brain that sees the information in the empty space. It feels and reads the patterns and the codes along with your pineal gland. You start to switch on old synapses. You start to fire up ancient neural pathways. It takes 2 minutes. You start doing this for two or three times a day and your life’s going to change. When you wake up in the morning why not do 2 minutes of fire breathing before you do anything else, have a shower, brush your teeth, do a little bit of exercise. You start your day in an incredible way. Add a little bit of meditation. You are amazing. There are so many tools that you can use to activate your mind, body, and soul, and you know what the crazy thing is, beautiful soul? These tools don’t cost you a penny. Chuck in a little bit of intermittent fasting. Chuck in a little bit of healthy food. When you’re eating healthy and you’re fasting intermittently you eat a lot less but you’re spiking that growth hormone so you can actually put on more muscle. You can actually heal faster; you can reduce inflammation in the body. There are so many benefits to these ancient tools.
So, wherever you are on this beautiful planet, get yourself out and start using breath work as an exchange, as an alternative for coffee, for sugary snacks or anything else that you’d want to put into your system to raise your mood and elevate your frequency and switch yourself on. I love you so much. You are powerful. We are powerful as humans but there’s no good me telling you. You got to dive into your own heart, and you’ve got to realize this for yourself. Take a deep dive into the labyrinth of your own inner workings and recode your inner geometry. Step into your full superhuman potential, start enjoying life on this magical planet.
