You will leave the spa feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, calm, connected, blissed out and at peace as you are brought into perfect equilibrium at the start of every week.
You will find yourself happier, balanced, energized and your productivity will increase. This may be one of the most valuable 30 minutes of your life!
The recordings are available within 1 hour after the live sessions finish, and are added to the meditation library and app. They are frequency-encoded and carry the same energy.

What a beautiful frequency spa today! I’ll have to listen again as our cat and dog were climbing all over me the entire time. They love the energy. Whenever they hear Jerry’s voice, they stop what they are doing and try to sit as close to me as they can get. I completely understand but it’s harder to just be when they do that.
Frequency Spa today was out of this world. You must listen to replay. Many more souls joined live today which made it even more incredible. Loving, peaceful energy 🕯️🤍🕊️
