I love you with my heart with my soul, with every fibre of my entire being. How are you feeling, beautiful soul?
So, today I want to share with you something that is going to change your life forever and it’s not even hard to do. It’s a very simple breathing technique and I’m telling you this is a game-changer. You can incorporate this into your daily regime, whatever that looks like. Very simply, 20 minutes a day, that’s all. You must do spend 20 minutes of your precious time doing this one thing and boy this breathing exercise is going to drill into your lymphatic system. It’s going to elevate your immune system; it’s going to tap into your DNA, it’s going to increase DMT levels in your body, it’s going to activate your pineal glands, it’s going to spark a divine cosmic array of chemical reactions and interactions within your bodily, functions that are just going to make you soul flipping healthy. You’re going to feel amazing.
It’s very simple, and it is best to lie down. I’m going to demonstrate this to you standing but I want you to be sat or laying down. The reason being I’m going to take you through one set of this, but I want you to do three and as you go further and further through this routine which would take about 20 minutes. The DMT in your body in your brain is going to spike and with the deep breathing format that we’re going through. You can start to journey; you can start to trip out a little bit and you don’t want to be standing you want to be lying down or sitting in case. You go under alright in a positive way. You can start to drift and float, and you forget you’ve got a body sometimes. So, you don’t want to be standing in that position. So, lie down now or sit down in your chair. Just get nice and comfortable and this is what’s going to happen okay. You’re going to breathe in and out through your mouth 20 times like this. On the 20th breath you’re going to breathe in and then out and hold it. Then you’re going to hold it for as long as you can.
Now once you get to the point where you can’t hold it anymore. You’re going to squeeze your genitals, your buttocks, your perineum, and you’re going to take a nice long deep breath. in and you’re going to follow the breath up through your spinal column, up to your crown chakra, and bring that energy all the way from your perineum up into your crown. Then you’re going to bring your awareness into the centre of your brain and then back slightly to your pineal gland. Squeeze your perineum as you’re holding your breath whilst all your awareness is on your pineal gland and you’re going to hold it for as long as you can. Once you get to that point where you can’t hold it anymore you can let go of the squeeze and let your breath relax. Then you’re going to go again.
We’ll just go through one set together today and then you can take this away and finish it off after the video. We’ll go and start it again and start incorporating this into your daily life. It’s going to rock your world. You’re never going to need to visit a doctor ever again because this is going to boost your immune system into extraordinary heights. You’re going to become a more empowered superhuman. You’re going to start to see into the spiritual world beyond the veil of illusion. it will expand your pineal gland; the field of your pineal gland expands and starts to draw in that cosmic data. The information that’s traveling through the empty space, it’s magical.
So, get ready. We’re going to go through this first set. When we do the breath, I’m not going to hold it for as long as I can because I can hold it for quite a while. I’m just going to hold it for a little while to demonstrate and then we’ll squeeze. We’ll breathe in will do the holes and we’ll let it go and then we’ll chat again. Then you can come back and do it, very simple explanation, very simple instructions, so close your eyes. If you want to place one of your hands just below your belly button, it’s like a target for the breath and we’re going to go for it there.
Now you’re going to squeeze your genitals your perineum, your buttocks, as tight as you can. Bring all your awareness into the area and then start to breathe in. Then you’re going to start to breathe in and pull the energy and follow it up for your spinal column to your crown. Let’s go bring all your awareness into the centre of your brain and back slightly where your pineal gland is and hold your breath in. Keep the top tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Now let go of the squeeze and let your breath relax, and just start to regulate your breathing. That is one set. You can feel the vibrations flowing through your body already and we didn’t even hold the breath for as long as we could on the out-breath or the in breath.
When you start to push that and you do this with three sets, you’ll notice that each time you do it, you can hold your breath for longer and longer because there’s so much more oxygen in your cells and that’s when you start to travel and journey and drift. This simple breathing exercise is one of the most potent breathing exercises you can possibly do on this planet. It is beyond extraordinary. Sometimes I go for four or five sets. What I’d like you guys to do, beautiful souls, is to go away, practice this for a week and then come back and let me know in the comments underneath this video because they’re going to be profound and then come back and let me know after three or four weeks. But commit to this for eight weeks, okay, eight weeks of your life, 20 minutes a day. Be disciplined and do it. You’re going to look forward to doing it because the journeys you can go on and the feelings that flow through your body and the way that it charges you and energizes you. it’s amazing, beautiful soul. I can’t wait to hear your comments.
I love you unconditionally and you are an amazing, formidable force but you’ve got to know this. It’s no point me telling you. You’ve got to go into your cosmic hearts and realize that you are a divine cosmic instrument sent from the stars to experience being human for a little while. It’s a magical ride. Wherever you are on the planet go out and hug tightly and never, ever, ever, be the first to let go. It increases your vibration again, breath working life. Oh my god you’re in a new paradigm, a new perspective, a whole new vibrational frequency.
