Hey there, beautiful soul. If you want to reduce anxiety and bring yourself into a calm and peaceful state of equilibrium, then close your eyes and go through this very short process with me.

Close your eyes and breathe into your body breathing through your nose all the way down to the pit of your stomach and back out through your mouth. Take long slow deep breaths and settle down into this space. Breathe deeper and longer and slower. This powerful sky-blue healing frequency moves towards your physical body and starts to swirl around the outside of it over your heads under your feet, around your chest, around your back swirling gently in a clockwise direction getting brighter and stronger and gently caressing your body.

You start to breathe this sky-blue frequency into your body. You breathe it in through your nose up into your mind.  It flows into your left brain, into your right brain. It flows around the outside of your scalp down through your head, your face, your neck, your throat, through your shoulders, your chest and back. It flows through your spinal column, middle back, lower back, into your buttocks. It flows through your chest, your heart, your lungs, your rib cage, down through every vital organ, passing through your hips, your groin, swirling gently through your thighs and your hamstrings down through your knees, your calves, past your shins into your ankles, through your feet, all the way to the tips of your toes. It flows through your shoulders down your arms through your elbows, your forearms, your wrists into your hands, fingers, and thumbs.

Continue to breathe in this powerful light, this healing frequency, until the inside of your body is completely full, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, from the tips of your fingers and thumbs to your crown. Once the inside of your body is completely full in your mind say thank you and keep breathing deeper and longer and slower. As this sky-blue light flows through every cell, every atom, every molecule, every fibre of your entire being. Your cells they start to smile. Your kidneys smile, your liver smiles, your heart, and lungs smile. You feel your heart expanding, you feel the love in your heart.

As you continue to breathe into your magical body your heart opens, blossoms, and blooms, the light in your heart, that bright white crystal light, starts to fill up your chest. The frequency of your heart moves down through your solar plexus, your sacral your root chakra. It expands out past the boundaries of your physical body and flows up through your throat up through your shoulders, up through your pineal gland, up through your crown. There’s this beautiful white light from your own heart. It emanates 360 degrees in all directions, and you feel lighter and lighter. Energy starts to slide off your shoulders. It slides off your back into this beautiful crystal white light and disappears, blends, transforms, back into light, love, positive energy.

As you breathe deeper and longer and slower just feeling this space becoming lighter and lighter, your mind clears and empties as that beautiful bright white light fills it up. It’s ever so bright, there’s no room for anything apart from the light inside of you. As your heart expands and expands, I want you to repeat after me: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”.

Feel these words reprogramming your DNA, communicating with yourselves reminding you that you are calm, you are whole, and you are free. As you continue to breathe deeper and longer and slower into the home of your soul, your physical body, it becomes lighter and lighter. Any worry, any stress, has fallen from your energetic field and transformed into harmonious energy, into love, into light, into information that will be recycled and used through the cosmic fabric to elevate the souls of everyone around you and to inspire you as a magical being.

Repeat after me again: “I am calm, I am whole, I am free. I am love, I am calm, I am whole, I am free, I am love”, and feel your heart expanding and expanding into the empty space. As you just vibrate in this calm space, this state of joy, bliss, harmony, oneness, unity, freedom. Be in this space. Allow yourself to surrender into the light, into the love, into your own mesmerizing energy. Breathe deeper and longer and slower and as you breathe into your body, I want you to become aware of it again tingling your cells, the vibration in your bones, the frequency in every muscle.

We’re going to count from five back to zero. When we get to zero, we’ll open our eyes, come back into this space, and just take your time. There’s no hurry – five four three two one zero.  Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes, come back into this space, and just be. Feel your body, feel your energy, feel your heart. Be aware of the love, the tranquillity, the peace. You are amazing, beautiful soul, and I love you unconditionally.

I recommend you come back and do this every day for another eight days, nine days in total, and then after that point just revisit it whenever you feel the need, whenever you feel the requirements, or you can use it as a daily tool to bring yourself into perfect equilibrium, a calm and balanced state before you engage in your daily activities. Being present is where the magic happens. You are the magic.
